Receiving email notifications of new posts

Users can receive email notifications of new posts by automatically following topics, following a specific category, following a specific topic, or weekly digest emails.

If post approval is enabled, administrators and moderators will automatically receive an email notification about the new post that needs to be reviewed and approved.

Note that you won't receive an email notification for posts that you make yourself, topics that you've aleady read all of the posts for, or posts that are within a topic or category that you've unfollowed.
