Viewing your support tickets
You can view a list of your support tickets by following the instructions below:
- Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
- Click the Contact link at the bottom of the page.
- Your support tickets are listed at the bottom of the page below the email form in a section called Support tickets.
Support tickets that were created when you weren't logged in to your account or that have a different email address won't be listed.
