Viewing your support tickets

You can view a list of your support tickets by following the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
  2. Click the Contact link at the bottom of the page.
  3. Your support tickets are listed at the bottom of the page below the email form in a section called Support tickets.

Support tickets that were created when you weren't logged in to your account or that have a different email address won't be listed.
