Viewing the users that have paid

The paid members of your forum are appointed as the additional members of the Paid user group. You can view the paid members of your forum by following the directions mentioned below:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Users link in the main menu.
3. Next to the Paid user group, click the Manage link.
4. In the Manage menu, click Users.

This will display all the users who are a paid member of your forum.

If there is no Paid user group visible, ensure that you have Paid Access enabled in the Settings -> Paid Access section.

You can also visit your PayPal account and view the users from whom you have received a payment.
