Viewing the users that have an invalid email address

A user's email address can be marked as invalid if it results in an email being returned or marked as spam. To view a list of users with invalid email addresses, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Users link in the main menu.
3. Click the icon.
4. Check the checkboxes next to the user groups.
5. If the selected user groups contain users with invalid email addresses, an information box will appear describing how many users are affected and the reasons why.

   

6. Click the "ignored email addresses" link in the information box to view the list of email addresses impacted.
