Viewing the ignored email addresses

When you email your users, users that haven't visited the forum or opened an email in over 2 years and don't have an email address that matches the domain of your Website Toolbox account email address, have unsubscribed from admin email, have reported forum email as spam, have email addresses that returned email with an error (for example, because the email address doesn't exist), banned users, and users pending email verification are not emailed. This protects your forum’s reputation with email providers and helps prevent email from being returned with an error or marked as spam.

You can view the list of email addresses that are being ignored when emailing your users by following the instructions below:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Users link in the main menu.
3. Click the Email icon.
4. Select the desired groups for the Recipients option.
5. Click the number of ignored email addresses that appear in the information box under the list of user groups. If there is no message related to ignored email addresses, that means no email addresses have been ignored.
