User's names are shown next to their username

If a user provides their name in their profile, their name will automatically be shown throughout the forum with their username in lighter text next to it. A user can prevent that from happening by making their name blank in their profile or checking the "Private" check box that appears next to their name.

Alternatively, you can hide the Full Name option so that users can't provide a name in any case:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Settings link.
3. Click the Users link.
4. Click the Manage link next to Profiles.
Click the Full Name option.
5. Uncheck the check boxes next to Settings page and Signup page.

If you'd like users to be able to provide their full name but would not like to show it throughout the forum, please contact us to turn this off in your forum.
