Users are unable to verify their email address or reset their password

If you have embedded your forum and users are unable to verify their email address or reset their password even after receiving the verification email or reset password email, that is likely because the embed page URL you have specified is not correct.

The embed page URL is the URL you have specified for the Where is the forum embedded? option in the General -> Embed Code section. Please ensure that the URL you specify there actually contains the embed code.
