Turning off followed content email notifications

You can turn off followed content email notifications by following the directions below:

  1. Log in to your forum account.
  2. Click the Avatar on the top right of the page.
  3. Click the Settings link from the drop-down.
  4. Scroll down to Preferences.
  5. Choose Nothing in the Automatically Follow option.
  6. Choose Never in the Email Followed Content option.
  7. Uncheck the Followed Content box under the Notifications tab.
  1. Log in to your forum account. (Must be an administrator account.)
  2. Visit the user's profile for whom you want to turn off the email notifications.
  3. Click the icon located on the right side. If there is no icon that means the logged-in user is not an administrator.
  4. Select Account Settings.
  5. Scroll down to Preferences.
  6. Choose Nothing in the Automatically Follow option.
  7. Choose Never in the Email Followed Content option.
  8. Uncheck the Followed Content box under the Notifications tab.

You can also turn off followed content email notifications for new users.
