Resending an invitation

The invitation email to join your forum can be resent by following the instructions below:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Users link in the main menu.
3. Click the New User button. If there is no New User button, click the Invite link.
4. Towards the bottom of the page, you will notice the number of users who have accepted your invitation and the number of pending invitations. Click the Pending link.
5. Click Resend next to the email address of the user to whom you want to resend the invitation.

Before resending the invitation, please ask the user to check their spam email folder to ensure that the email is not accidentally being marked as spam. The invitation email usually goes out immediately.
