Making a category accessible to only a few users

Please follow the instructions below to create a private category which is only accessible to a few members of your forum:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Categories link.
3. Click the Manage link and then select the Change Permissions next to the category you want to setup as private
4. Click the + Add user group in the left panel at the bottom.
5. In the text box next to Users, enter the usernames of the users that you would like to give access to the category.
6. Click the Add User Group button.
7. Click the Usergroup from the list in the left panel one by one.
8. Turn the View Category permission off in each user group.
9. Close the Change Permissions dialog window.
