Ignoring or blocking a user

You can ignore/block users that are sending you messages that you don't want. When you ignore a user, the user would not be able to message you any longer. Please follow the steps mentioned below to ignore a user:

1. Log in to your forum account.
2. Click the messages image located toward the top-right of the page next to your avatar.
3. Click the Inbox link.
4. Click the ignored users icon.
5. Enter the username of the user that you want to ignore and press the Ignore Users button. Separate multiple usernames with a semi-colon (;).

Currently, ignoring a user just prevents them from sending you messages. It doesn't ignore/hide their posts on the forum as well. If you'd like that functionality, please let us know and we may add it in the future.

If you're an administrator of the forum, you can also ban users or block entire countries.
