1. Log in to your forum account. (Must be an administrator account.)
2. View the user's profile.
3. Click the unban icon. (If there is no unban ucon, that means the logged in user has not been assigned as an administrator.)

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Users link in the main menu.
3. Next to the Banned user group, click the Manage link.
4. In the Manage menu, click Users.
5. Check the checkbox next to the user you want to unban.
6. In the floating drop down that appears on the bottom-left corner, select the Unban option.

If you have banned an IP address that is not associated with any particular user account, you can unban it by following the instructions below:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Users link in the main menu.
3. Next to the Banned user group, click the Manage link.
4. In the Manage menu, click Users.
5. Click the Banned IP Addresses link.
6. Check the checkbox next to the IP address you want to unban.
7. Click the Unban Selected Users button.

If User Accounts are disabled on your forum:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Users link in the main menu.
3. Click the Banned link.
4. Check the checkbox next to the user you want to unban.
5. Click the Unban Selected Users button.
