How can I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
If you have already completed your payment, you can print a receipt by following the instructions below:
- Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
- Click the avatar image or icon at the top-right of the page.
- In the menu that opens, select the Billing link.
- Click the icon next to the transaction you want a receipt for.
- A PDF file of the receipt will begin to download.
If you would like to receive an invoice before making your payment, please contact customer support and mention the product name, subscription length, and plan (if applicable). For example, the starter plan of the forum product for one year.
