Customizing the appearance of emails

You can customize the appearance of emails sent to users from the forum by adding your own customization CSS code. You can use CSS code to customize the background color, text style, text size, text color, visible elements, and more.

The custom CSS code isn't included in emails that you as the forum owner receive regarding your Website Toolbox account. For example, it isn't included in the email you receive when you reset your Website Toolbox account's password.

Please follow the instructions below to customize the appearance of forum emails:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Settings link.
3. Click the Notifications link.
4. Click Compose in front of Email Footer.
5. Click the HTML icon in the editor.
6. Add your own CSS code in the Source Code text box and click Ok.
7. Save the changes.
