Changing the PayPal account used for Paid Access

You can enter your new PayPal account details in the Paid Access settings. Users who have already subscribed to a plan will continue being billed through your old PayPal account. If you'd like to force them to use your new PayPal account, you'd need to suspend all of their subscriptions through your old PayPal account and inform them that they'll need to manually subscribe again when their current subscription ends. When they manually subscribe again, the new subscription will use your new PayPal account.
