Changing the password of a forum user
- Log in to your forum account.
- Click the Avatar image located towards the top right of the page.
- Click the Settings link.
- Click the icon next to the password.
- Enter the new password.
- Click OK to save the changes.
- Log in to your forum account. (Must be an administrator account.)
- Search for the user that you want to edit.
- Click the icon and go to Account Settings tab.
- Hover the mouse and click the icon next to the password.
- Update the password and click OK to save the changes.
If a user has forgotten their password and is unable to log in to their forum account, they can click the Forgot your password? link on the log in page to reset their password.
