Can a user edit their own poll?

A user could post a poll, have many people vote, and then they could change the titles of the options to different things, change the number of votes, add/remove options, or do other things which portray the wrong results. This would be misleading to everyone. Therefore, only the forum moderators or administrators are able to edit polls since they are trusted users.
