Banning a guest

1. Login to your chat room. (Must be an administrator.)
2. Click the Chatting/Online button on the top left corner.
3. Hover your mouse over the Username of the guest user.
4. Click Ban user on the popup box that appears next.
5. Press OK.

Please note that the guest user needs to be online for you to ban them.
