Attaching files to a post

If attachments have been enabled, you can follow the instructions below to attach a file to a forum post.

1. Visit your forum.
2. If your forum contains multiple categories, click the title of the category you would like to post in.
3. Click the New Topic/Reply link.
4. Click the Attach files link.
5. Select the file you would like to upload.
6. Click the Open button to begin the upload.
7. Once you are finished creating your post, click the Post New Topic or Add Reply button.

You can specify the type of files and the file size of files your users can upload to your forum. You can also prevent users in specific user groups from attaching files.
