Approving and declining members

You can approve or decline pending members in your chatroom by following the directions below:

1. Log in to your chat room account. (Must be an administrator account.)
2. Click your username that appears at the top-right of the page.
3. Click the User Management option.
4. Click on the general option and select Pending Approval.
5. Check the checkbox next to the username of the user you would like to Approve or Decline.
6. Click the Approve or Decline button that appears towards the bottom right corner.
7. Press OK on the confirmation box that appears next.
