Embedding a forum into your OpenCart website

You can embed the forum into your OpenCart website by getting your forum embed code and then following these instructions to insert the embed code into your OpenCart website.

  1. Visit the OpenCart website.
  2. Login to your OpenCart account.
  3. Click on Catalog.
  4. Click on Information.
  5. Click on the + symbol to add a new page.
  6. Add mandatory fields like Information Title, Description and Meta Tag Title.

  7. Click on the Save button in the top right corner.
  8. Click on the Design and select the Theme Editor.
  9. Click on the Edit icon.

  10. Copy your forum embed code.
  11. Paste it into the HTML/JavaScript Block box that appears.
  12. Click on Save at the bottom.
  13. Go to your website. A Forum link will now appear under the course of your website. Clicking that will open a page with your forum embedded in it.

Please select Other as your Website Builder in the Single Sign On settings to set up Single Sign On between your OpenCart website and your forum.
