                For more than 10 years now, I have been the victim of a bizarre kind of stalking and electronic harassment. I reported it to the police and any other law enforcement agencies I could think of, but I received no response whatsoever.  Since that time I have been in contact with several hundred other victims throughout the United States and other countries. The story of my harassment matched the reports of many other victims.  This was significant to me, but it still made no sense to me why these things were occurring.  Most victims I have communicated with tend to blame the government or neighbors or organizations which they have had dealings with in the past, me included.  Recently, however, I have discovered to a large extent, what was behind this crime and now I feel very confident to speak publically about why much of it is occurring and how. 

What I discovered was that victims were being groomed and set up into a brand new kind of sex crime; the pimping of unconscious women.

The raping of unconscious females with date rape drugs is not a big secret, but members of law enforcement, it seems, do not seem to understand its link to reports of gang stalking. Even worse, individual law enforcement workers, as a rule, ignore the crime reports of the ‘mentally ill’ about being harassed and stalked. Just because these people are mentally ill (and often rightfully so under the circumstances of their lives) that does not mean that they should not be taken seriously when they report crimes of this nature. But perpetrators of this crime rely on the fact that law enforcement won’t respond to these reports. Victims are ignored almost 100 percent of the time.

One such multimillionaire gang leader, named Vincent Cano, and his twin brother, Ben Cano, of Houston, Texas, hired me to set up a non profit organization to help victims of abuse, with the sole intent of finding new victims to con into this kind of prostitution. Vincent takes the victim to dinner, offers them thousands of dollars, to help them in their personal life.  He later buys them a car and/or a house. All the while, the victim has no idea that the Cano gang has wired his or her house, car and whatever else is needed, to stalk and endlessly harass this person. The Canos carefully choose their victims by visiting places such as domestic abuse shelters. The victims are often too grateful to suspect the Canos of the crime they are perpetrating on such victims.

With today’s unbelievable access to electronic technology over the internet, a person can be stalked 24/7 very cheaply.  Knowledge of all of a selected victim’s contacts can be acquired, their passwords and codes to bank accounts, email accounts, etc. can easily be discovered, and everything the victim does in his house and at work can be fed onto the internet, where gangs and organized crime can keep track of them. When I discovered the truth, my purse was stolen with all my ID and  credit cards, all my belongings were gone through and much of my personal work was stolen, including my lap top with all my bank and credit card info, and much of my creative work was stolen. I was left on the street to die. These were the men who hired me to help victims of abuse. I discovered they were, in fact, the victimizers, and they had no interest in helping anyone.

Up until now, it really bothered me that there seemed to be no good reason, by analyzing the reports of as many victims as possible, for why all of these people were being stalked. They had nothing in common with one another except that they were easy to victimize. But why were they victimized? The only answer I could come up with is the fact that they would not be believed if they reported it. They would not be taken seriously.  But still, why?

The notion that these people were being used by the government as guinea pigs for human experimentation of new technologies developed by DARPA was very tempting. I still do believe this is true. But after awhile, it started to look to me like renegades from the Department of Defense had found a much more profitable way to use the new emerging technologies that DARPA was coming up with. And now I do believe that these criminals have been employing those advanced human surveillance technologies for use towards the world’s oldest profession: Prostitution.  And it didn’t matter if their victims were old or young; no matter what color; what race; what nationality; what religion etc. Obviously, young beautiful virgins are the most likely to be chosen. But money can be made with virtually any live flesh and blood human that can be easily victimized. As a matter of fact, beautiful young virgins would be hard to isolate and keep alienated from home and family and other protectors. But as my story is told, you will see that many of the women who were victimized were welfare mothers, along side of me, and had young teenage virgin girls in the home.

Lockheed Martin, the giant defense contractor, took charge of the welfare system in the 1990s. I believe that they are greatly responsible for this new form of gang stalking victimization. They may have provided records that helped get many women into the ‘program’, so to speak. As you read further, you will see that it is not just date rape drugs that are used to carry out this pimping of unconscious victims crime. Other methods are employed initially to ‘groom’ the victim.  Victims are often surgically fitted with implants in the spine. These implants allow for a kind of ‘remote control’ of the person’s nervous system and brain waves. These implants can render a person unconscious. John Bradshaw talks about the nature of shame, and how it often binds a family, or a group together.  This idea at first seems odd, but when there is something shameful going on in the family, the members of the family unit are often more closely knit than the average healthy family because of the need for secrecy—to keep hidden the shameful fact from the rest of the world.

If the Hi Tech Cops were to do a really thorough investigation, they would find those endless reports of gang stalking are directly linked to the pimping of unconscious females. I know this because I worked for a man who was making an enormous amount of money doing this.

The doctor who invented the real orgasmatron, Dr. Stuart Meloy, doesn’t exactly state what this device is capable of doing, once fitted into a patient. Any implant placed in the spine will potentially be able to render the person unconscious. Depending where in the spine they are fitted, corresponding organs can be remotely controlled. The point I am making here is that very little is ever said about the use of these implants outside of there being developed to help paraplegic and quadriplegic patients. It is very hard find any data about uses and abuses of spinal implants on a normal people. The everyday person has no idea how this technology can be abused in the hands of immoral predators.

How exactly does spinal implant  technology relate to the date rape industry?

Spinal implants, not date rape drugs, are the method by which these victims can be controlled. They can be rendered unconscious, via an electronic remote control device. Sadly, if spinal implants are being used, they are not necessarily detectable by standard methods. Technology has advanced to such a degree that now implants are both injectable and self dissolving, making them nearly impossible to find by anyone after the fact. Needless to say, doctors seem to have specialized knowledge about spinal and brain implants that is not discussed with just anyone. This technology is one way in which victims are controlled. It is known as biotelemetry. The pimps know exactly when a victim falls to sleep. Once asleep, the pimp can administer the implant’s function of putting the individual, who is already asleep, into an unconscious state. Then, it doesn’t matter if the dog barks or the security alarms go off. This victim is absolutely vulnerable.

It is important for law enforcement officials to know the extent that biotelemetry is being employed by criminals as an illegal commercial enterprise.  Not just in this kind of rape, but in every kind of criminal purpose imaginable.  But it is not cheap. It requires the willing collaboration of doctors or trained technicians. It requires around the clock monitoring of the victim. There has no doubt  been an collaboration between dirty law enforcement and doctors to carry out much of this activity. This crime continues because it is the ‘big boys’ who are doing it. Just because a man has credentials that doesn’t mean he has morals.

More horribly so, the general public has no idea how many people, especially children, are being used sexually with no one knowing about it.

For example, someone wanting sex can approach a gang leader about a specific female. For a price (remember this is, for the most part, a millionaires playground) the gang members will begin to ‘groom’ this female as a victim to be pimped for money.

The stalkers job is to make the victim look mental.

This is where the reports of gang stalking, which law enforcement and the justice system seem to ignore as ravings of the mentally ill, come in to play!!!!!

The first job in gang stalking is to make the victimized person look mentally ill. As the victim begins to cry out about these things that are happening in his or her life, they begin to get labeled as mentally ill because there is no proof. The devious actions of the gang members who set a man or woman up into this kind of prostitution are designed to make the person look crazy. For example, with the ability to put these people unconscious any time, they can enter the person’s home, move things or take things, and then later, put them back. This happened to me often. I would tell everyone that the book I was writing is missing  (I kept it under my bed) and then someone would come over and find it, right where I left it.

To groom a female for this, she must live alone and/or be extremely alienated from family and friends. One of the main functions of gang stalking is to make sure that the victim never develops close personal relationships with others. The gangs work hard at discrediting the victim at his or her workplace, and with his or her family, and in his or her community at large.

For example, gossip and rumors are started about the victim. He or she is labeled a pedophile or drug addict, or accused of some other kind of socially unacceptable activity. Then, stalkers employ what is known as ‘street theater’. This is where events are staged that makes the victim look like they are involved in activity that they really are not involved in at all.

Enter the faith based community programs, the Department of Justice’s weed and seed program. What is so horrific is that Christian churches and organizations are helping these victimizers to rape victims in the community. The members of the community church or faith based organization are made to believe that certain things are true about the victim, when they simply are not. But the community do-gooders are actually employed to help target innocent people and get them run out of town where they will have no help, no support, no friends and can be further victimized.  All that a perpetrator has to do is convince the community that a certain person is a pedophile or drug user or gang member and there is a grant program to help destroy this person’s life.

One of the major obstacles I have found in the past 10 years, as I have tried to help these people, is the fact that many victims are chosen because they already have a bad reputation. Gangs that are grooming victims into this new kind of sex industry prey on drug addicts, mentally ill, ex cons, astrologers, nudists, pagans, homosexuals, and others that live on the ‘fringes’ of what is considered socially acceptable. Choosing to victimize these ‘fringe’people almost assures the victimizer’s success. At the onset, no one takes them seriously or accepts them as honest and reliable people. Therefore, they are much easier to target. Other people that make easy targets are those who may not be mentally ill, per se, but have serious personality defects and are already hated by everyone they know. Such people may be extremely selfish, obsessive in some way, or never shut up until you want to cram your shoe in his or her mouth. They may be impossible when they are conscious, but unconscious, they are very valuable to the pimp of this kind of prostitution.

Unfortunately, their children are being raped right now and law enforcement isn’t doing one thing to stop it.

If you took time to look at these sites, you will see that there is no mention by the victims of gang stalking that they think they are being sexually victimized. For most, the victims themselves do not know that it is occurring. This is why it isn’t being reported as such. 

Here is a quote from an article about gang stalking written by victim Eleanor White:
“Along with the lies, endless sabotage of individually small, but
cumulatively important belongings accompanies the surreptitious

In the article above, Eleanor White assumes that there is a deliberate attempt to do these ‘low individual value per incident’ sabotaging. But another way of explaining these kinds of events is: simply the stupidity and carelessness of rapists when they enter the home of the unconscious victim, with no premeditated intent to do these things. This is an especially tempting explanation for the tears in clothing at the armpits and crotch area. In other words, White believes that this is done when the victim is not actually wearing the clothing, and this is where I think she is wrong. I think these things occur when the person is at home or at a place of victimization, when they are actually wearing the clothing.

Also, she talks about advanced locksmithing techniques, but what she isn’t seeing perhaps, is that when they have you unconscious, they have all of your keys, and can easily have distributed them to the whole gang.

According to some reports, gang members are victimized with the same advanced electronic surveillance and agree to wear/carry hi tech surveillance technology. If it is turned off, another gang member goes looking for him. Once you are a member of these crime clubs, you are always a member. There is no escape.

Reading mind control and gang stalking forums, you will find many victims talking about the sexual targeting they experience, which can become severe torture for many, including myself.

But I should add that sexual victimization is not the only reason for gang stalkers to harass a person. Some people are trying to help victims and they will also be victimized, as well as those who are victimized because a gang leader was paid to do it for whatever reason. It pains me that victims will not take the time to understand the nature of what is happening in their lives. Something in the way that they are groomed makes many of them unable to believe or accept that they are being knocked unconscious, either by date rape drugs or by spinal implant  technology, or other electronic means which is an electronic form of hypnosis called Silent Sound.

When I was first being targeted, I was made into a ‘Manchurian candidate’ of sorts. I was walking around in a haze and things that were going in my life were getting out of control. I had no idea what was happening to my life. I lost my property, lost control of my children, and lost my credibility in the community I lived in. Much of this was accomplished with a technology that accomplishes an electronically induced hypnosis, impossible to defend yourself against, known as ‘silent sound’.

Before I give all the details of my personal victimization and torture which lasted more that 10 years and ripped apart my life and the lives of my family, I present the above short overview of gang stalking and the remote control and manipulation of human brain and body functions. In my personal story I will give the names of people who were involved in raping children. One of these children was taken to the emergency ward of a local hospital and diagnose with an ‘escalating colon’. This was caused by men’s penises in her little rectum. At such an early age, their repeated abuse of this little girl caused her intestines to reverse direction, so they moved her bowel matter back up to her stomach, and then out her mouth, rather than passing it out her anus. She nearly died from this. Here is a graphic illustration of the colon, rectum and anus. Sexually abusing a small child’s anus also involves her rectum and her colon because a grown man’s penis will be pushed all the way up as far as her intestinal tract will allow it. One thing I watch for in seeing sexually abused children is the size of their bowel movements. Often, when their colon is stretched by penetration of a grown man’s erection, it causes the child’s bowel movements to be quite large.

The FBI and all law enforcement agencies are currently using a psychological warfare protocol like "COINTELPRO" which is almost identical to the STASI "decomposition". This is what people are referring to as Gang Stalking.

The earliest forms of this that I know of are from Egypt, Greece and Rome. Each of these societies had pervasive spy/informant networks that were spying on each other as well as looking for spies inside of their own empires. Anyone who did not feel that their own respective empire was the most perfect society could be considered a traitor. In other words they were looking for anyone who had thoughts beliefs and attitudes that were not approved of by the state that could instigate revolt or subversive activity or otherwise make them a danger to the empire. This obviously created a snitch culture and there were bound to be abuses. If a person was not liked by another then it was easy to persuade others to make a complaint and get that person killed or exiled. No one dare say or do anything that was politically incorrect and thus the rulers were able to maintain power and control over the people. Blatant execution or exile is common in an empire but in a democracy it is not as easy to accomplish these punishments so modern psychological operations were developed to accomplish these goals and in this way an empire can masquerade as a democracy.

If you select 1 percent of a population (Whistle blowers, dissidents, artists, those that look funny, and act or dress funny) and punish them severely for little or nothing, then you will gain the compliance of the other 99 percent either through fear or because they’ve been conned by the COINTELPRO/STASI type propaganda in to believing that the TI’s must be removed from society for the common good. One of the biggest mistakes people make when they become TI’s is to attempt to create a counter spy network against those that are surveilling them. This is something that the neocons and the banking elite are OK with. A global spy counter spy network is much like the cold war and the cold war was extremely profitable for the banking elite not to mention a powerful pretext to control people. He is brilliant and has been exposing the machinations of the opulent (Rothschild, Rockefeller etc) for decades. His research is very credible and will help you to separate the facts from the propaganda and give you a measure of mental clarity and peace.
