I want to encourage all of you to visit Craigslist's Housing Forum and warn readers about mortgage servicing fraud.  To this day, nobody believes it.  Beware, there are brokers, agents and realtors who will call you every name in the book, but that's good.  I have been posting references to this site on there for about 4 years now.
