Comments: Hi Denice, Just found Comfort, but no CD! So I ordered on, met you at Kerrville, 2005 or so. And you came to E. Texas, maybe Crockett I think. Hope you're doing well. Doug
Comments: Happy Happy Birthday Denice!
Comments: 6/9/18 - Was looking forward to hearing you for 1st time tonight; my partner didn't feel well so we cancelled date night😞 When might my next opportunity be? Didn't see anything scheduled.
Comments: Friends and I saw you perform sometime 1997 at Anderson Fair in Houston. I bought your CD "You Don't Know Me" and loved it. My kids, who were about 14 and 15 at the time requested I play it over and over again whenever we would get in the car. They loved it too. So glad to find your website and look forward to hearing your newer work.

Comments: I saw you years ago on Mountain Stage in West Virginia. You sang a song about a little indian boy who wouldn't tie his shoes. I would like to cover that with my band. What's the chance I could get a hold of that tune?
Comments: So great to search and find your webpage! I stumbled upon my YOU DON'T KNOW ME CD yesterday. So much here I can identify with. I recall so many late nights at Anderson Fair and I cherish the memories of your great vocals and music. I am still a great fan and hope to see you soon!
Comments: Hi Denice, I just put 'Hudson Franke' into google and guess what? It's not the first time I searched for Hudson franke and certainly not the first 'search engine' I used. i saw you perform as support to Nanci Griffith in Mullingar, Ireland ( in a school hall) and subsequently went in search of an album (pre-cd I think-not sure) I went to Dublin's finest independent record shop 'Claddagh Records' and asked for an album. The owner,Kathy Harsch, had heard of the duo and tried to get it for me but it never arrived. I particularly remember you doing a version of'The town I love so well'-by Phil Coulter with lovely harmonies and guitar playing-slightly more uptempo than any other version I'd ever heard. It's great to see you're still singing and playing. I work as a physiotherapist but play guitar, sing, (mostly in the kitchen!) have written some songs and intend to write more sometime....I'll catch you on youtube. Regards, Frank
Comments: Hi, Denice. This is a reach...thought I could send an email more directly, so hope you get this. You came here to Prescott, AZ to play a few years back. Crazy small audience (great loss to those who missed you), but Tom and I absolutely loved you and your work. Just wanted to let you know that you are one of my favorite artists to listen to as I work at my graphic design here in my office (got "Weather Is Fine" playing right now). Your writing and performance are truly inspiring. Hope you're doing well. Sending you best wishes with each song I'm blessed to hear. Thank you, Christa |
